The home is located in a simple and safe area, on a third level. An open, complete, colorful and well-lit room. Furniture with rustic finish in natural wood. The bathroom (with hot water) and the kitchen are complete and independent, with the possibility of accommodation for a third guest on a sofa bed at an additional cost of $100.00. Optional parking one block away for compact cars exclusive to the accommodation with a cost per night. Smoking is not allowed.

Mini Apartment, parking, close to downtown

Comfortable and safe access: first you enter through the general gate, then through the reception door and finally to the private mini apartment. The space is all yours: it has a bedroom, full bathroom and kitchenette equipped to prepare the basics. Includes a screen with a converter (Netflix, YouTube, etc.), a large mirror, a coat rack, and a practical table.
