Waterfront holiday rentals in San Andrés

We had a great stay at Maleja’s and recommend it 100%! The building is in the best location: close to restaurants, bars, markets, drug stores, 5 mins walking distance from the most beautiful beach. Checking in was a delight, it was very fast and the building’s staff was friendly, helpful and always with a smile in their face. The view from the main room is stunning! You can see all the colors of the ocean from it and also from the balcony. There is a bit of noise from the street and people passing by at night but it is ok, a pair of earplugs will help you with it. The place is suitable for families. My daughter specifically requested to book this place because of the bunk bed and she loved it. The apartment was sparkly clean when we arrived and the linen and towels smelled clean. Lida cleaned the place the 3rd day and changed towels and was extremely helpful and warm. Lastly, we all enjoyed the beautiful pools. It is great that there is a pool only for kids.

We love the stay, the apartment is large, clean and very well organized. It's exactly like in the advertisement and it was worth a lot. The location is great as it is a few meters from the center and the main beach of the island. We want to return and we will definitely choose the same hosting location. Carol is a great host and always requests when we need it! Anyway, we only have compliments!

excellent place . As shown in the photos.. it is quiet away from the noise and traffic of downtown shareel I help us with all the tours on the island. Very good communication with her. very good place location close to playa san luis. and playa rocky cay. right in front of the bus passes. that moves to any destination on the island.. i recommend this place

The penthouse is spectacular; comfortable, very spacious, the beds offer very good rest, the view is beautiful. Excellent location to go to the beach, shopping area and rumba area, it is true that in the nights there is noise from the neighboring bars but still the place to offer an excellent stay. My stay was excellent! The team was super attentive and proactive all the time. Communication was clear and very agile — always ready to answer any questions. I felt very welcome and would certainly be booking with them again. I highly recommend it!

Host very responsive to questions. Apartment perfect for couple. We had breakfast on the small outdoor table. No noise: we slept very well, the room was very dark and air-conditioned, ideal for the night. Functional kitchen, a little small, but enough to prepare simple meals. Comfortable bathroom, with large shower. Only 5 minutes walk from the beach, with restaurants nearby. Everything was perfect! They were also very kind to leave us a room to shower in the afternoon, after our check-out and before our flight, at no additional cost. It was a much appreciated attention.

It is an ideal place to stay in the central area of the Island, close to the docks and the pedestrian, restaurants areas and the beach. Recommended.

Best possible location, wonderful view, very good apartment, only inconvenience I had in my stay was to run out of wifi, other than all that great.

It is a beautiful accommodation, the house is spacious, has excellent distribution, the rooms are large, the atmosphere is quiet, cool and the pool is perfect for getting to cool off after a day at the beach. The attention of Santiago and Ana María exceed expectations, they give excellent recommendations including the Lupita restaurants and the 80s the delicious food. Definitely a place we would gladly come back to.

Oceanview was very lovely with a large outdoor living areas, comfy bedrooms (each with its own bath), AC if needed, and a beautiful pool. It was peaceful and quiet. Hernan was a terrific host- lots of help with transportation, recommendations for restaurant, scuba, snorkeling sites, and beaches. He made several reservations for us with people he trusted and all were perfect. We rented his vehicle which was very convenient. We had 2 meals daily cooked by a fantastic chef. I highly recommend having meals prepared. There is no beach in walking distance but there are good snorkeling sites nearby. We truly enjoyed staying at Oceanview and highly recommend it.

Oscar was incredible, from the beginning we started talking about the choice, to welcoming us at the airport, even though not speaking Portuguese, has always been very attentive and helpful. When he did not understand something, he used the translator. Impeccable, super organized and tasty house, close to the center and several shops around. Nothing to complain about... was wonderful our stay.

Great views of the ocean. Nice and clean. Excellent communication. We would recommend having a car with this location.

We had a lovely stay. Ann Marie was an incredible host. She made us feel very welcome and gave us recommendations on and contacts for things to do - from scooter rentals to kayaking in the mangroves. She also made us some delicious vegetarian meals as that part of the island has limited options for vegetarians. The location is amazing - away from the busy north end but an easy taxi ride or bus ride. It is right beside the ocean and hanging out in the hammocks at sunrise was amazing! She also served us our meals at a table directly facing the ocean. So beautiful! There is a swimming beach a 5 minute walk away. This is by far the best house on the island…the staff was very attentive and we felt very safe. The property has everything you need. I would highly recommend.

The pictures don’t do the place justice. It is so much better in person. You walk out the gate and the beach and ocean are steps away. Great communication. Will stay again.

Mercedes was a great host, always communicative and willing to give us tips to make the most of our days on the island. I include extra cleaning service in our stay. The apartment has very comfortable facilities. Highly recommended.

Comfortable states, well located with access to everything, a little noisy in the nights for being a rumba area but if you go rumba and walk it is your perfect place!
