This is a very quiet neighborhood apartment, but only a 10 minute walk away from downtown San Rafael. 25 minutes from San Francisco and Sonoma too. We do live above.

We have a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. There is a very comfortable queen bed and an ottoman that folds out to a roomy single bed.
