Guanajuato is a charming studio in the heart of Ajijic. Note that due to low ceilings the suite is not suitable for tall people and that the bed is double-sized and may feel a bit small for two adults sharing. Only two blocks from the main square at the San Andres church, and two blocks from the lake Chapala boardwalk it is a brief walk to numerous restaurants, galleries, various kinds of shopping and more. As a guesthouse we have housekeeper with onsite presence Monday through Saturday.

Casa con vista al cerro, diseñada con espacios abiertos (cocina, sala y comedor). Decoración mexicana contemporánea. 3 recamaras amplias con excelente iluminación y cortinas black-out para dormir. Alberca climatizada con mesa seca al centro y un espacio pequeño techado. Hermoso jardín. 1 Jacuzzi dentro de la recamara con vista abierta. Dentro de fraccionamiento tranquilo con seguridad. A 2 min caminando de la Av principal. A 10 min caminando de Walmart. Máximo de mascotas 3 chicas.

You’ll love this two-bedroom, renovated house in the heart of Ajijic. Short walk to the plaza, the malecon and all the best restaurants. You never need a car. Downstairs apartment with 2 1/2 baths, hacienda-style bedrooms with new queen-sized mattresses, full kitchen, and all conveniences. All water is purified. The TV has cable and streaming services.
