It is a very private beach cottage style house with open beam ceilings, and a double car garage and is close to everything you could ever want in the beach village of San Clemente.

Everyone will have plenty of space and privacy in this condo designed for up to four guests. Private balcony and full kitchen add to the open, home-like feel. All units are non-smoking. No boards no problem. We have longboards and SUP you can use. Walk across the street and get donuts at the best shop in town Surfin' Donuts. Guests enjoy the outdoor deck for entertaining, BBQ , outdoor fire and soaking in the hot tub.
