Holiday rentals with an accessible-height toilet in San Diego Bay

Would definitely recommend this Airbnb for a large group! We had a total of 14 in our group for a joint Bach weekend. Josh was a very responsive and helpful host. We loved all of the community space (large kitchen, living room space, and private outdoor patio area) to all hang out. The kitchen was SO nice for cooking for our large group; truly don't think I've ever been in airbnb with as many kitchen utensils available as this one, we had everything we could possibly need and more. There are only 3 bathrooms, so at times it was a fight for the bathrooms and showers with our group, but we made it through lol. The location isn't necessarily walkable to anything (as mentioned in the listing), but very conveniently located to be a quick drive to just about anything in San Diego. Also really appreciated that the checkout duties were quick and minimal.

Really cute place ! Loved the area and great parking ! They were very helpful and answered always very helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

Cody was very responsive and gave us assistance when we needed promptly. He was very friendly and is a very thoughtful host, the place had three bottles of water waiting for us and he even has little sunscreen tubes in the bathroom for use. If I could make one improvement though, the shower seems to only have really hot or cold water. It’d be nice to be able to control the temperature. That being said, the location was great and I would definitely rent his place out again next time I’m back in San Diego!

Carl and Vicki's house was amazing! There are 3 bedrooms on the main level (1 master with bath, one bedroom with jack and jill bathroom, and 1 bedroom with bunks). The kitchen/dining/great rooms were great to hang out in as a group. The lower level had its own bedroom with a bath, and the playroom had a futon to sleep on and an air mattress. It was super clean and homey. There were recommendations for things to do in a binder. The hosts were very communicative. The views are spectacular. If you are walking (as we did), note that it's on top of a steep hill, so you will get bonus exercise! This also is part of the reason for the great views. If you don't like walking, there are ubers, too! I was on a girls trip, and it was nice to have separate rooms for all. If I were traveling with my family, this house would also be ideal.

Ian has a lovely home and was a responsive and overall wonderful host! The neighborhood is beautiful and the house is charming and spotlessly clean. The kitchen is large and beautifully done, making cooking a dream. The living room has three huge, comfy couches and a large TV, making movie nights easy and fun after a day of sightseeing. Our family of five had a great stay, we would definitely love to stay again next time we are in San Diego!

I visited Kai's place, Tropical Beach Getaway, after I had recently had surgery for a torn Achilles tendon and was on crutches. The studio had parking right on site, and I had everything I needed the moment I turned around! The bed was also extremely comfortable. The area was very walkable, safe, and quiet.

Great location, walkable and hot tub was great! Cool decor and style and loved the neighborhood.

This place was so nice and exceeded my expectations. The amenities were great also. Would 100% stay here again.
