Monthly Rentals in San Diego Bay

I stayed at this location for 5 months for work. The place is located conveniently by EVERYTHING including right by downtown. The place itself was a studio enough for 1-2 people stay and had everything listed in ad. It had gym as well as roof top and spa. People were very friendly and both the front desk and host were very helpful and responsive. Would stay here again and recommend to anyone who is looking for a convenient, affordable place while being close to everything in SD!

We stayed two months in this beautiful condo. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. I had adaily beautiful view to recover from knee surgery. We were pleased with how quiet the unit was. My daughter took advantage of the gym. The staff were so kind and welcoming at all times. And very helpful. This is a place worth every penny. There are multiple good restaurants in the area. My mobility was limited, but I'm familiar with downtown. Don't scroll pass this beautiful place. Thank you Hersit!

We absolutely loved our stay in Chynne's apartment. The complex is great, we've hugely enjoyed the pool, hot tub and pickleball courts. The people who live here are super friendly, and it's a lovely community. It's walking distance from a great YMCA gym. The apartment is a perfect size, two of us worked from home from here with no issue at all. The kitchen is SUPER well equipped for all kinds of cooking and baking. We hope to stay again in the future!
