Excelente comunicación con el anfitrión, responde de inmediato. El alojamiento impecable, la cama muy cómoda. Esta en un edificio con guardia 24/7 lo que da mucha seguridad. Está muy cerca de la estación de tren (que viene o va al aeropuerto) y del metro que conecta con toda la ciudad. A 50m hay un supermercado. No pudo ser mejor !! Definitivamente lo recomiendo y volveré. ¡ Gracias Juan !

Maison très agréable et spacieuse. Les photos sur le site correspondent à la réalité . Le Propriétaire a été super réactif à mes questions et flexible à mes demandes. Tout était propre. Je recommande ce lieu qui nous a permis de passer un moment extraordinaire entre amis. Pour visiter Madrid bus métro et ubers

Hôte très réactive et aidante, logement agréable avec jardin, à 2 minutes à pied de la ligne 5 du métro.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement. Tout correspondait parfaitement aux photos : l’appartement est lumineux, bien décoré et très bien équipé. La propreté était irréprochable, ce qui nous a permis de nous sentir à l’aise dès notre arrivée. L’accueil a été chaleureux et la communication avec l’hôte fluide et réactive. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement et n’hésiterons pas à revenir lors d’un prochain passage dans la région.

Très bel appartement avec un magnifique jardin aménagé avec beaucoup de gout. piscine et installations sportives dans la résidence. au top !

Disfrutamos mucho de la estancia en la casa. Pudimos preparar una paella y echar un puente tranquilo entre amigos. La zona de patio es estupenda y los salones de la casa muy acogedores. Echamos de menos algo más de útiles de cocina (como un colador), pero por lo demás no tuvimos problemas. Además, la comunicación con Purificación fue excelente en todo momento, es una anfitriona atenta que resuelve tus dudas rápido y te facilita toda la información necesaria.

Muy buena opción para quedarte en Madrid. Basyar encantadora, le pedimos un juego de llaves extra y nos la hicieron sin problema. Encantadora y repetiría sin duda.

My son and I stayed here for two weeks and had a great time. The apartment is centrally located with easy access to everything we wanted to do. After we'd walked a full day or gotten back from an excursion outside Madrid, we always felt we came back home to peace. It was so quiet and the building super peaceful. Everyone we encountered in the building was always nice and friendly (especially the doorman). We like cooking and making our own meals so it was a bit of a shock not to have an oven. I somehow missed this in the listing! Still, we made it work and managed to make some nice meals. Don't expect great views of the city or anything, but the location of the apartment in the building does make it super quiet. Susana was very responsive and helpful when I reached out to her. Overall, we had a great experience and really enjoyed being so close to everything. I would absolutely stay here again!

El alojamiento es precioso y, aunque sólo nos quedamos 2 días, dispone de todo lo necesario para estancias más largas. Se nota que se ha decorado y equipado con mucho mimo. Además, Laura, la anfitriona, es encantadora y ha cuidado cada uno de los detalles para que todo sea fácil de usar y sólo pienses en disfrutar de tu viaje. Ha sido un absoluto placer quedarnos en este alojamiento y lo recomiendo muchísimo.

We had a wonderful stay at Adelaida’s casa, was very nice & very spacious. Everything worked great especially after we discovered the range top was an induction appliance, since I knew about these I had to explain how it worked to my brother-in-law, since he was unaware & was doing the cooking. The neighborhood is impressive & very secure, so we felt very comfortable taking some long walks around the various loops in the gated community. If we are ever in Madrid we will try to rent here again & advise others to do so as well!

José è un host super disponibile. Avevamo bisogno di due sedie in più e ce le ha portate subito. Anche il check in è stato flessibile. La casa è piccola ma offre tutti i confort. Come abbiamo detto anche a José suggeriamo solo un tavolino un po' più grande per chi ha necessità di cenare in caso come abbiamo sempre fatto noi con i bambini. Per il resto tutto perfetto. Anche se in sono più periferica abbiamo trovato i collegamenti con la metro ottimi. Nei paraggi c'è tutto, farmacia, supermercati e ospedali in caso di necessità. Noi abbiamo avuto la bimba con la febbre alta e ci siamo sentiti tranquilli. Sicurezza e zona ben servita

Really loved our stay! Fran and Isabel were responsive and accommodating. The flat was in a great location and the metro was very close. Highly recommend!

Il soggiorno è stato perfetto, l’appartamento è stupendo, ottimo. Si raggiunge il centro (Gran Via) in 30 min circa con il bus 32 (la fermata è a 1 min dall’appartamento). Juan è stato perfetto nella comunicazione, sempre reattivo e ci ha dato un sacco di consigli. Suggerisco a tutti!

Encontré un apartamento mejor que lo que se muestra en las fotos! La vista hermosa, súper limpio y la zona cerca de todo.

We are 4 people who met at Gabriela's home. I, (Filipino+Sudanese), My partner Robert (Hungarian), Our Friend Giselle(Taiwanese) and our other friend Raphael(German). We all felt we needed a safe and empathetic place to plan for our futures (We successfully planned our short term goals at this home, and the whole place of Nina specially the garden was the perfect spot for these meetings, (the meeting also included our friend Hashim(Filipino+Yemeni) joining through video call.) Gabriela, I’ll say this again. I am very thankful for your detailed effort in letting us feel at home(the furniture, the mother touch decoration, the detailed appliances and utensils in the kitchen, the food!, the welcome drinks…etc). Superbe maison pour des vacances très proche de Madrid ! Grands espaces pour toute la famille , piscine au top , et à proximité de tout ce qu’il y a d’intéressants à faire à Madrid !!! Le top du top !!!

La casa es preciosa, más bonita que en las fotos., espectacular. La comunicación con los anfitriones muy rápida. Muy buena ubicación, con una boca de metro a 7 min caminando. Muy recomendable! Volveremos!

We had a fantastic stay at Robert’s place. We are big on location and cleanliness, and this place delivered on both fronts. Very walkable to restaurants, shopping, and other attractions. Within minutes of the Royal Palace, Plaza Mayor, and Mercado San Miguel. The bedrooms and living area were all very spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. Good Internet connection also. Thank you!
