Great communication with the host, respond immediately. The place was impeccable, the bed was very comfortable. It's in a 24/7 guard building that gives a lot of security. It is very close to the train station (coming or going to the airport) and the metro that connects to the whole city. There is a supermarket 50m away. Couldn't have been better !! I definitely recommend it and will be back. Thanks Juan !

We really enjoyed our stay at the house. We were able to prepare a paella and throw a quiet bridge with friends. The patio area is great and the living rooms of the house are very cozy. We missed a little more kitchen supplies (like a strainer), but otherwise we had no problems. In addition, communication with Purificación was excellent at all times, she is a attentive host who resolves your questions quickly and provides you with all the necessary information.

Very good option to stay in Madrid. Lovely Basyar, we ask for an extra set of keys and we made it without a problem. Lovely and I would definitely repeat.

We had a great stay at the house! It was clean and spacious. The host was great—very communicative and provided good service throughout our stay, which we really appreciated. One issue we experienced was that the pool was dirty when we arrived. The weather was so hot and we had been flying all day so everything we talked about on the flight was how we really looked forward diving into the pool upon arrival! But was unable to do so! We had to ask Raquel to arrange a pool cleaner, which she did promptly, but it took a full day before the pool was usable again. The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful, and felt very safe—great for families. It’s also located close to the airport. However, the city is about 25 minutes away by taxi, which was a bit far for us, and there aren’t any supermarkets in the immediate area nor resraurants or shops. The neighborhood is also quite new so it lacks a bit of character for my taste. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay, and top communication with host!

My son and I stayed here for two weeks and had a great time. The apartment is centrally located with easy access to everything we wanted to do. After we'd walked a full day or gotten back from an excursion outside Madrid, we always felt we came back home to peace. It was so quiet and the building super peaceful. Everyone we encountered in the building was always nice and friendly (especially the doorman). We like cooking and making our own meals so it was a bit of a shock not to have an oven. I somehow missed this in the listing! Still, we made it work and managed to make some nice meals. Don't expect great views of the city or anything, but the location of the apartment in the building does make it super quiet. Susana was very responsive and helpful when I reached out to her. Overall, we had a great experience and really enjoyed being so close to everything. I would absolutely stay here again!

The accommodation is beautiful and although we only stayed 2 days, it has everything you need for longer stays. You can tell that it has been decorated and equipped with a lot of pampering. Also, Laura, the hostess, is lovely and has taken care of every detail so that everything is easy to use and just think about enjoying your trip. It was an absolute pleasure to stay at this place and I highly recommend it.

very clean and beautiful place, as a first time euro traveler had to get used to the limited hot water but the area is great, close to easy public transport.

We had a wonderful stay at Adelaida’s casa, was very nice & very spacious. Everything worked great especially after we discovered the range top was an induction appliance, since I knew about these I had to explain how it worked to my brother-in-law, since he was unaware & was doing the cooking. The neighborhood is impressive & very secure, so we felt very comfortable taking some long walks around the various loops in the gated community. If we are ever in Madrid we will try to rent here again & advise others to do so as well!

José is a super helpful host. We needed two more chairs and she brought them to us right away. Check-in was also flexible. The house is small but offers all the comforts. As we also told José, we only suggest a slightly larger coffee table for those who need to dine in case as we always did with the children. Everything else is perfect. Even though I'm more suburban, we found the subway connections great. There is everything nearby, pharmacy, supermarkets and hospitals if needed. We had the baby with a high fever and we felt at ease. Safety and well-served area

The stay was perfect, the apartment is beautiful, great. You can reach the center (Gran Via) in about 30 minutes by bus 32 (the stop is 1 min from the apartment). Juan was perfect in communication, always responsive and gave us a lot of advice. I suggest everyone!

I found an apartment better than what is shown in the pictures! The beautiful view, super clean and the area close to everything.

We are 4 people who met at Gabriela's home. I, (Filipino+Sudanese), My partner Robert (Hungarian), Our Friend Giselle(Taiwanese) and our other friend Raphael(German). We all felt we needed a safe and empathetic place to plan for our futures (We successfully planned our short term goals at this home, and the whole place of Nina specially the garden was the perfect spot for these meetings, (the meeting also included our friend Hashim(Filipino+Yemeni) joining through video call.) Gabriela, I’ll say this again. I am very thankful for your detailed effort in letting us feel at home(the furniture, the mother touch decoration, the detailed appliances and utensils in the kitchen, the food!, the welcome drinks…etc). Both Marta and Assaf were very attentive to us , in case we needed anything.The house is in a very quiet area and very well surrounded by services ( supermarkets,coffee shops, pharmacy,multiprice shops, etc.). The house was very clean , tidy and well equipped...we felt right at home. The first day was a little hot and we really appreciated the ceiling fans in all the bedrooms.

Great house for a holiday very close to Madrid! Great spaces for the whole family , great pool, and close to everything there are interesting to do in Madrid!!! The best of the best!!!

We had a fantastic stay at Robert’s place. We are big on location and cleanliness, and this place delivered on both fronts. Very walkable to restaurants, shopping, and other attractions. Within minutes of the Royal Palace, Plaza Mayor, and Mercado San Miguel. The bedrooms and living area were all very spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. Good Internet connection also.
