Holiday rentals with a patio in San Diego, Puente de Vallecas

We stayed two nights at Cristina's place and would definitely come back again. The apartment was really comfortable and clean, and Cristina had put in lots of thoughtful details. The location is great: close to the subway and a bus to the airport, and next to a beautiful park. Thanks very much!

Maria Jose y su esposo fieron muy agradables, nos ayudaron con paraguas y a encontrar un estacionamiento al momento de llegar. El lugar esta agradable, la cocina muy completa. Por ser invierno no pudimos estar mucho afuera pero el patio esta grande y se ve agradable.

The apartment was a perfect base for our stay in Madrid. It was clean and had everything we needed. Maria was a great host and was very helpful with anything we needed before we arrived, while we were there and even after checkout.

La estadía fue espectacular. La casa es súper limpia, cómoda y con excelentes servicios. La atención del equipo es impresionante. Sin duda, voy a volver. Totalmente recomendable.

A estadia foi excelente! estávamos em 6 pessoas, sendo um bebê e uma criança de 10 anos. O espaço, com quintal foi ótimo! O imóvel é grande (3 quartos) e acomodou a família toda com muito conforto. Camas confortáveis, banheiros espaçosos com chuveiros quentes, cozinha bem equipada, aquecimento... tudo muito bom! ! Não temos nenhuma reclamação sobre a estadia! O atendimento da Clara foi ótimo, sempre disponível e atenta ao nosso bem-estar. A região é excelente, especialmente para quem tem crianças. Foi parquinhos há cem metros cada, mercados e quitandas muito próximos. Ponto importante é a próximidade com estações de metrô! Nossa estadia foi maravilhosa, recomendamos o apartamento!!!

Hemos estado muy a gusto en el apartamento. Han sido todo facilidades por parte de los anfitriones, tanto para la llegada, como para la salida. En un primer momento habíamos optado por el aparcamiento privado, pero ellos mismos han sido los que nos han indicado que había sitio en la calle (días festivos) y nos han dado la opción de dejarlo en el parking privado solo si necesitábamos. Estamos muy agradecidos por esa parte. El apartamento es más amplio que en las fotos, y tiene de todo. Además la zona es muy tranquila pero con todo lo que se pueda necesitar ( supermercado, farmacia, restaurantes, tiendas de alimentación tipo bazar...). Repetiríamos sin duda

El apartamento es muy espacioso, ideal para un grupo grande. Nosotros eramos 8 y hemos estado muy cómodos. Esta muy bien equipado, con todo lo necesario: toallas, papel higienico, gel de baño, etc... La cocina tiene de todo: horno, microondas, lavavajillas y todo el menaje necesario. El edificio tiene vigilante de seguridad. Fernando ha sido muy amable y atento. Recomendamos este apartamento al 100%.

Excelente comunicación con el anfitrión, responde de inmediato. El alojamiento impecable, la cama muy cómoda. Esta en un edificio con guardia 24/7 lo que da mucha seguridad. Está muy cerca de la estación de tren (que viene o va al aeropuerto) y del metro que conecta con toda la ciudad. A 50m hay un supermercado. No pudo ser mejor !! Definitivamente lo recomiendo y volveré. ¡ Gracias Juan !

Wir haben uns bei Rosario unglaublich wohl gefühlt! Schon vor unserer Ankunft hatten wir Kontakt und so die genaue Wegbeschreibung erhalten: mit der Metro in Madrid überhaupt kein Problem!!! Die Lage ist angenehm und ruhig. Supermärkte in unmittelbarer Nähe garantieren eine Versorgung mit allem. Das Haus selbst ist WUNDERVOLL!!! Alles entsprach genau der Beschreibung und war perfekt ausgestattet! Vom Duschgel über Bodylotion und Zahnpasta (und -bürsten), eine komplett ausgestattete Küche mit ALLEM, was man braucht. Zur Begrüßung Getränke, Butter, Marmelade, Milch, Schinken (im Kühlschrank) und Küchlein und Gebäck (inkl. jede Menge Kaffeekapseln); Gewürze, Oliven, Thunfisch … ich kann gar nicht alles aufzählen! Ausflugstipps und eine Kurzanleitung für alle Geräte im Haus sowie ein Plan der Metro! Alles da! Der Kontakt bei Fragen war immer blitzschnell und super sympathisch! Vielen lieben Dank für alles! Wir kommen wieder!!!

Great quiet chalet located outside of the city center— close to the metro station making it easy to go to the city! Nacho was very friendly and responsive. Plenty of space for our group of 6.

Muy buena opción para quedarte en Madrid. Basyar encantadora, le pedimos un juego de llaves extra y nos la hicieron sin problema. Encantadora y repetiría sin duda.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Madrid. Die Stadt hat uns nicht so gut gefallen, die Menschen sind - gegenüber anderen spanischen Städten - sehr unfreundlich. Wir waren entsetzt, wie wenig die englische Sprache gesprochen wird, vor allem in der Gastronomie. Die Wohnung war sehr schön und für vier Personen auch großzügig. Ich würde sie für fünf Personen nicht empfehlen. Die Schlafcouch ist doch sehr unbequem und es fehlt ein fünfter bequemer Stuhl. Auch ist die Wohnung doch weiter weg von der Innenstadt, wie vermutet. Ein besonderer Dank geht an unsere Wohnungsvermieter, ihr wart sehr aufmerksam und immer da, wenn wir Hilfe gebraucht haben. Vielen, vielen Dank. Wir haben, trotz Apriltemperaturen sogar den Pool benutzt, sehr erfrischend. Der Pool ist eine echte Bereicherung.

Tout s'est bien passé de l'arrivée au départ, le logement est un peu excentré du centre de Madrid mais très facilement accessible par le métro. Le logement est bien équipé et dispose de tout le nécessaire. Nous avons bien apprécié notre séjour. merci

Betty hat eine zauberhafte kleine Wohnung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir waren für ein Event in Madrid, dies war super einfach zu Fuß von Bettys Appartment zu erreichen. Gerne kommen wie wieder wenn wir nochmal nach Madrid kommen :)

Second time I’ve stayed at Laura’s place, perfect location to go visit my customers, very spacious and super clean apartment, can park for free on the street outside (important if you hire a car) and the neighbourhood is peaceful, with the park a few minutes away for a run.

Estar en em apartamento de Maria ha sido maravilloso. Ella es muy amable y siempre pendiente si necesitaba algo. El apartamento es una joya: súper bonito, lleno de alma y personalidad, muy luminoso y agradable. El patio lleno de plantas es una delicia. El departamento de Carmen es ideal para quienes visitamos Madrid por primera vez, o para quienes quieren tener todo para hacer muy cerca. Las principales atracciones se pueden hacer caminando (igualmente tiene el transporte público a un paso), está lleno de bares y restaurantes, y la zona de tiendas está muy cerca. Así y todo, el departamento es super íntimo y silencioso. Ojalá volvamos pronto a Madrid y al departamento de Carmen!

My wife and I stayed here for four days during my business trip to Madrid. The location was perfect for both of us. It was in the heart of La Latina, an easy cab ride for me to business meetings and walking distance to Plaza Mayor, Royal Palace, Gran Via and other notable parts of the city center. Lots of restaurants, shops and small convenience stores around the block (to buy water, drinks, an adapter, etc.) We also arrived on Sunday and had front door access to the oldest and largest flea/antique market in Madrid. The apartment itself was beautifully decorated and modern. It was convenient to have two bathrooms, lots and lots of closet space and access to kitchen appliances (coffee machine) and even the washer. There’s an exercise bike and USB-C chargers (with charging outlets on both sides of the bed). The booking and check-in/out process was seamless and the manager (Jose Maria) provided excellent local tips and recs. Highly recommended!

Ein schönes und vollkommen ausreichendes Airbnb für einen Städtetrip. Super Lage! Ich würde jederzeit wieder kommen und das Airbnb weiter empfehlen!

Very nice neighborhood. Lots of really good restaurants nearby as well as grocery stores. It’s about a 35-40 minute walk to the Prado. If you don’t want to walk, the metro is right next door, as well as a taxi stop

Nous avons passé un super séjour chez Laura et Daniel à Paracuellos, tout près de Madrid. L’appartement était top : propre, confortable et très bien situé. Grâce aux transports en commun, il était très facile de rejoindre le centre de Madrid sans voiture. Le 28 avril, une panne d’électricité massive a touché l’Espagne et le Portugal. Malgré cela, Laura et Daniel ont été incroyablement attentionnés : ils nous ont fourni des lampes portatives et ont pris régulièrement de nos nouvelles pour s’assurer que tout allait bien. Le fait que Laura parle couramment le français a grandement facilité la communication et a été d’une aide précieuse. Nous recommandons vivement cet hébergement pour son confort, son emplacement idéal et surtout pour l’hospitalité exceptionnelle de Laura et Daniel.
