This cozy and modernly-designed loft is ideal for travelers wanting to visit Madrid. Perfect for 2 and fits 4 comfortably on a sofa-bed, the flat is a homely retreat. This loft has all of the amenities travelers need for a relaxing stay. With a bathroom, shower, washer, AC, TV, microwave and cooking utensils, the loft is fully-equipped and convenient for guests who stay. The bed on the upper level is large and cozy for two people and the sofa-bed downstairs also sleeps 2 more people comfortably if you’re traveling in a group of 4 people. The flat has a well-kept and functional bathroom with a shower for guests. After a long day of sightseeing, guests can hangout on the terrace, enjoying the peacefulness and talk about all the adventures of the day. You have everything you need here to have a fun and unforgettable trip. For big groups, there are other two apartments in the building that could be rented depending on availability. The entire house is accessible to our guests during their visit—all we ask is that you take care of it, please! Pasea hasta el centro de la ciudad atravesando el parque, o súbete en un autobús que te llevara al centro en 10 minutos. Tiene ascensor. Somos un alojamiento de corta estancia. No turístico. Por lo que es posible que tengas que firmar un contrato digitalmente antes de tu llegada. Es un trámite para cumplir con la legislación española que no va a afectar tu experiencia en nuestro alojamiento.

We rented this apartment that was our home for a long time until the tribe grew up, we have always taken care of it with pampering, it is an oasis in the middle of the city, overlooking the Botanical Garden of Madrid, the sunsets are a gift. A few steps from the retreat, authentic lung of the city, the Atocha station (AVE, Cercanías Metro)and the best museums :Prado, Reina Sofía ,Thyssen...
