Immerso in un antico uliveto di circa quattro ettari, il nostro Palmento è a disposizione dei viaggiatori desiderosi di scoprire l’incantevole costa jonica della Calabria. La casa è affittata ad uso esclusivo, totalmente ristrutturata ed è dotata di ogni comfort. Luminosa, silenziosa, immersa nei giardini della tenuta (in cui si trova anche la nostra abitazione familiare) e con patio esterno. A 5 minuti dalle spiagge, dal Parco Archeologico di Locri Epizefiri e a 10 minuti dal borgo di Gerace.

Il mio appartamento è situato nell' incatevole scenario di Chianalea di Scilla,borgo di pescatori ricco di profumi e colori tipici di questa splendida terra.L'appartamento ha un ottima posizione,basta aprire la porta per ritrovarsi circondati dal mare,a due passi vi è la piccola spiaggetta di San Giuseppe.E' un luogo incantevole e tranquillo che racchiude in se tutti i confort di una vacanza al mare:spiaggia,mare,sole,splendidi tramonti da osservare comodamente sdraiati davanti la porta di casa.

Zona tranquilla e riservata. Posto su strada privata con accesso diretto alla spiaggia pubblica. Distanza reale circa 100 metri dal mare. Grande veranda esterna condivisa con altro appartamento posto sullo stesso piano ma delimitata in modo che ogni appartamento abbia la sua grande porzione di veranda attrezzata con sedute e ombrellone. Possibilità di stendere un separè per garantire maggiore privacy.
