It's a beautiful villa in the center of Giurdignano just a 10-minute drive from Otranto. The house is a 5-minute walk from the main square and from restaurants, supermarkets and shops. The courtyard has a beautiful designer pool (1.20 and 2.10 m prof)and the house is modern furnished with design pieces and works of art and is spreads over two floors. The two floors, the 5 rooms are large and comfortable and new bathrooms. A large table inside and an outside will allow guests to choose where to eat.

Rural house, pajara, just renovated in the countryside, inside a 10thousand mq olive tree grove with abreath-taking panorama. Nicely furnished,full equipped with air condition, a big outside private pool with hydromassage ( 3.5x11 m) and kitchen area with accessories. The pool is independent, heated all day and night ( 24-28 degrees) and just for the house, the only structure situated in the villa. The wifi is very good also for working inside the house.
