The treehouse retreat is surrounded by a redwood and oak forest, a nearby stream, and sauna. Enjoy coffee on the deck and listen to the sounds of nature, or nestle up with a book in a nook in your Queen-sized bed. Gaze through any of the large, light-filled windows encircling a full kitchen with sink, microwave, electric stove top, toaster oven, and mini fridge, a mid-century living room area, maple dining table that converts into ample workspace. Relax in the deep Japanese tub to wind down.

Recharge in a Modern House on a Quiet Street with a View

Stride across upper level with 27 feet of windows unobstructed views on heated floors and sit by a fireplace with a sailing sloop model on the mantelpiece. A mid-century-modern vibe is contrasted by vibrant art & images of George Washington and Nefertiti. Peer through wall of windows with a telescope at a scenic neighborhood or gaze as far you can see the southern landscape. Private entrance. Slow living at this farm (Coop d'état Farm) retreat on Kings Mountain. Set in old-growth forest with ocean views, a fire pit and a hot tub, the apartment sits on a working campsite (Kings Mountain Fancy Camp) with chickens, goats, dogs, and cats. A 10-minute walk from the Purisima Open Space trail network. It has a bedroom a living room, a bathroom and an office space. It occupies the lower floor of our home and has a private entrance and parking. With access to a shared picnic area / bbq.

A cozy lounging space to work remotely, watch movies and local TV or write/create/dream in a space that inspires with sunlight and views. Stroll downtown for music, dining and the Rafael Theatre.

Bus stop 1 block away. Great for leisure or business travel and for remote work with fast wifi.
