The house is accessed via a private alley from the main road. Parking is available both on the main road and about 15 metres away in a large open space. The house is located near the historic area of Sant'Antioco, a 5-minute walk from the beautiful Basilica of Sant'Antioco, where you will find the main amenities such as bars, a mini-market, a fruit and vegetable shop, a fishmonger and a pizzeria. In 15 minutes on foot, you can reach the tree-lined street, Via V. Emanuele, the centre of our town. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED

Ollastu - mediterranean nature

Dimentica ogni preoccupazione in questa oasi immersa nella più pura natura mediterranea. Dall'ampio patio si può godere della vista del vigneto e della bellissima e tranquilla campagna circostante. Due camere da letto possono ospitare comodamente 4 persone e la cucina fornisce tutto il necessario per un comodo soggiorno. Per raggiungere la casa è necessario percorrere 1.5 km di strada sterrata. La strada è agibile, ma inevitabilmente ci sono delle irregolarità sul piano stradale. !NO WI-FI!
