Excellently located, meters from the River Teminal that takes you to the famous islands of the Delta, and only 2 blocks from the Casino, Parque de la Costa and Puerto de Frutos. Very cozy, for 4 guests. Very well equipped. The building has a shared use SUM / Grill, it needs prior reservation and the user must pay a cleaning fee of 10 dollars each time it is used
