Located on the ground floor of San Isidro, just a short walk from the river and surrounded by trees, our house is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The neighbourhood has tree-lined streets and green spaces. The two-storey house has 3 bedrooms (one en suite), 3 bathrooms, a living room and a dining room. It offers comfort, plenty of natural light and air conditioning (cool/heat) in all rooms, as well as central heating. It also has a garden with a swimming pool, a barbecue and a glazed gazebo.

Minimalist house on the top floor, surrounded by greenery, with terrace, large balcony and view of the equestrian centre. It works as a 3rd floor. Bright loft, super king bed, double glazing, radiant slab, air conditioning and blackout curtains on all windows. Separate entrance, good insulation. My workshop is on the ground floor with a completely separate entrance. Ideal for 1 or 2 quiet people looking for rest near the river and gastronomy, 30 min from CABA and Tigre. Not suitable for events/productions.

Punta Chica Loft is a unique place in the North zone. It is located in Victoria, near the Punta Chica station of the coastal train, with cafes and restaurants. The University of San Andrés is a 10-minute walk away. An area with lots of vegetation and very safe for walking. The loft offers a garden view, spacious with a living room and TV. Decorated with art and design objects. It is located on a quiet cul-de-sac, with 24-hour security. Two blocks from the supermarket, bakery, and pharmacy.
