One house

This house is a quintessential Spanish style house from the mid 30's. Lots of charm and character! We have fresh eggs every morning from our back yard chickens and when the season comes around we will have fresh grown vegetables as well.There are great reading nooks in the house and front porch and a big back yard to relax in the afternoon. We can recommend fun Miami activities when you come into town as well. Your bedroom has it's own AC unit and a queen sized bed. There is one shared bathroom. We do have a dog, 4 cats, and some chickens but they are mostly outside (the chickens are always outside) and are not a bother. Being a bike mechanic on the side- David has a few extra bikes if you would like to rent one out for the time of your stay. The house is in walking/biking distance to lots of amazing restaurants, shops, and a major grocery store - for your cooking needs. Being a block from Biscayne you can get to Aventura, downtown Miami by hopping on one bus. We are about 15 minutes to the beach as well. Though we are close to lots of fun spots our street is very quiet and residential so don't worry about loud neighbors or screeching cars! We hope that you will come and enjoy our little spot in the city.
