Steve & Patricia were excellent hosts, they made you feel at home. This was my first Airbnb experience and I was not disappointed at all. My family and I will definitely be staying here again! Thank you Steve & Patricia for welcoming us and making us feel like family instead of strangers.

What a very nice location to stay at. We are experienced Airbnb people. And sometimes you'll find a gem. We were José and Sylvia's 2nd guests. Their enthusiasm to make us happy was exceptional. The room itself is quite small..but their welcome in their own house and great garden compensates for everything. We got a delicious Costa Rican breakfast. And we even dined with them! Now that will definitely not be done by default..but what we enjoyed. In short..highly recommended to visit them!

We were there for our wedding they were very kind. Even got us a bottle of wine as a gift!

EdenAtenas is exactly that…an Eden in Atenas. The views, the lushness of the greenery, the serenity of the environment and the brekky is the prescription one needs to rest, reset, and relax uninterrupted. It’s easy to get lost in the tranquility of it all and not leave the property. For those that may want to indulge in work, watch movies or just listen to some rhythms, the WiFi is strong so no worries. This place made my first trip to CR memorable and has me wanting more.

Nature and tranquility in a beautiful area. The area combines the experience of being in a rural village, very quiet but at the same time close to population centers with all facilities (only 20 minutes from downtown Puriscal). It is close to rivers with waterfalls and pools, a few kilometers away. The pool is beautiful, refreshing, clean water The cottage is rustic, with a bed, bathroom and closet. She rests comfortably, always listening to nature sounds. You have access to a rustic ranch that, in the style of past rural traditions, has a fire pit, wood oven and paila. It is fully furnished and equipped also with gas stove, refrigerator and plenty of kitchen utensils. The attention and treatment of the owners was excellent. They were flexible during check-in and check-out times, with very good communication. We would definitely like to come back.

Perfect accommodation for a stopover before going to explore the country! Functional and clean. I recommend it.

This stay was one of our biggest highlights during our 8 weeks in Costa Rica -- the hosts are helpful and thoughtful, the grounds of the house are simply splendid, a true slice of paradise. And, as the hosts predicted, we would have loved to have stayed longer! We can recommend this location very highly!

Any questions and extra help I needed were absolutely met with kindness and care. I didn’t speak enough Spanish to understand the bus schedules so they called them for me and we talked on the phone together as they translated. Also had an upset stomach one night and they kindly let me have some cooked rice (that’s all I wanted). Very kind people and great location.

Randall is a very kind and nice Person, he is specialist in many tours, such as Waterfall etc.... The place is very nice, has a kitchen, bathroom, living room a great outdoors patio, where you can see all kind of birds, very spezial. We can highly recommend to stay here. Thanks Randall for your kindness, we will be back 😉

Words and pictures do not do this place justice, an absolute gem. Everything from the host’s communication, the tranquility of checking in, the locale and view, this place is an absolute dream. I myself am from San Ramon but traveled with my family and the view is breathtaking to say the least. The Peacefulness and studio condition itself adds to the beauty and tranquility. I cannot recommend this place enough, only problem we had was leaving it behind and returning back home. Thank you Felix and Maria, our trip was complete with the absolute enjoyment of this place.

I liked the apartment, very quiet place, I was able to rest, nearby there are restaurants,shops, supermarkets, Doña Xinia, a very quality lady, attentive, she had what I needed, very happy and comfortable with the place.

This place is just beautiful. Everything was impeccably clean and equipped with everything needed for a super comfortable and quiet stay. The view is spectacular and the jacuzzi was the perfect touch to relax completely. A detail that really makes the difference is the food and drinks available in the refrigerator, a plus! Reinhard was very flexible with check-in and check-out times, which is greatly appreciated, and was kind enough to offer us special towels for my dogs, which demonstrates an exceptional level of attention and care. This is the second time staying here and I will definitely come back a third. Highly recommended!
