Beautiful studio apartment. Includes 1 queen + 1 twin Murphy bed (maximum: 3 guests). Also, the apartment has a washer/dryer. The condo features a pool, gym, tennis court, mini-market, and private beach access. The studio can be converted into two rooms with a door divider. The view from the sliding windows is to the city. Only one parking space is available with security. Great spot within walking distance of bars, restaurants, a supermarket, and ATMs. Feel free to contact me for any questions.

Private entrance, private parking inside of the property. Wifi, TV, equipped kitchen, and two working desks if you need to work remotely. The apartment is located in a residential area, a very tranquil street with little traffic noise. Tennis court in front in the premises (need to check Covid19 limitations at time of check in). Pets are welcome.
