Fernando was the best host I’ve had so far on Airbnb. He was thorough from beginning to end. The instructions were very well explained step by step, and he even made a video and images to illustrate how to get in and around the property. Situated in a secluded gated community on the beach in the heart of San Juan. Very close to the airport and all the action of Old San Juan. Fernando was extremely accommodating to our needs, he allowed us to check in early and check out late according to our flight situation. The house doesn’t have a washer and dryer but they have one on the property that he will allow you to use if needed. It has a beautiful pool that is shared amongst the three homes on the property but we found ourselves alone every time we went which was nice. The house and all things on the property were nice and clean. Fernando was very attentive and responsive anytime I had a question or needed something. I would recommend this to anyone planning on staying in the area. 10/10!!

Great setup for a big group! Spacious living room, amenities as described, and in a great location in Isla Verde. Mauricio & Melba were very helpful throughout. Would stay here again if we come back!

We found the perfect place to stay. Fernando did a great job as a host. Always responsive and provided great instructions to make the experience seamless. The property is right next to a great beach area you can walk to. The pool is great. My family including kids had a lot of fun.

Beautiful, roomy, second floor condo in a gated community in Dorado. The unit itself was great. Plenty of room for our family of four (our kids had their own bedrooms) and a comfy living space for evening hangouts. As the description says, the condo is a very short walk to a very serene beach. There are pools on site, plus a gym, pool table, and foosball which our teens really enjoyed--also a short walk from the condo. The only slight drawback for us was that there are no restaurants within walking distance (there is a Hyatt directly next to it but only "members" can eat there) so if that's important to you (as it is to us) your dining options are very limited. That being said, we were happy to pop by the supermarket about 10 minutes away and stock up on food for our stay so we could eat in at night.

The house was great. It was clean and in the most beautiful area. The ocean views are a dream. Edwin and Hector were both very responsive and helpful. We highly recommend this house if you want to be away from all the busyness and on the peaceful countryside of the island. Lots of local restaurants in the area that are phenomenal.

This was the perfect house for our family trip. The outdoor space around the pool and the patio was AMAZING! We spent so much time outside, and the kids enjoyed having so much to do. There was also a lot to do in the house! We played a ton of pool, and there was lots of space for board games and hanging out. Carlos was a great host, and any issue we had was addressed immediately. One of my daughters has to be gluten-free, and when I let him know, he went out and bought brand new pans for her, so we did not have to worry about cross-contamination. It was a great house for us and we loved our vacation in Puerto Rico.

My husband and I had an incredible stay at La Casona for my birthday. The property, views and setting are astoundingly beautiful and exceeded our expectations; truly better than any photo could capture. Even better was that the views extend from every angle, there were no bad views. The home is stunning and well maintained. The rooms were all clean and the bedding was very comfortable. We embraced open air living and enjoyed the doors wide open on both floors the entire visit. The mini-split air conditioner was fantastic, strong and fast to cool down the bedrooms for comfortable sleeping. The property was beautifully maintained and the wildlife (lizards, coquis, roosters and neighborhood cats) added to our experience; we felt so immersed in the beautiful nature of the tropics. There’s a convenient grocery store and Walgreens about 5 minutes away, and after food shopping we chose not to leave the property much at all! Truly an enchanting property and great hosts!

It worked well for our group of 8. The pool was a plus! The beach was within walking distance and never had more than 10-15 people. The kitchen was very well equipped. We would definitely recommend it to others!

We can’t say enough about this home! The property is meticulously maintained & is equipped w/everything you need for your stay. Our group of 8 adults & 1 teenager had more than enough space allowing everyone to have privacy when needed. Christophe was an amazing host, any questions we had he answered quickly & gave us plenty of recommendations. We stood during the Easter holiday week & got caught in the blackout but Christophe made sure we were taken care of and made sure the generator was running. The name does not do it any justice…the views are stunning! We typically stay in the San Juan/Condado area but I don’t think we will be any longer. Getting to experience the other side of the island was beautiful. All in all the stay was perfect & we can’t wait to rent this property again. If you want to experience what Puerto Rico’s beauty is I highly encourage you to watch the sunrise from the balcony, it’s something I did four out of the 5 days we were there & I miss it every day.

Jose goes above and beyond for his house guests. Great communication between guests and host, messages were answered at times within minutes. The property is just as described and location is beautiful. No worries on power outages the property has a back-up generator and is solar powered! Just as mentioned it is best to use the coordinates Jose provides. Clear and easy instructions to all amenities on the property. He provided daily recommendations of activities. One day his co-host Norimar even stopped by with pastries and cute cookies for our children to paint! Thank you both so much for being great hosts. Now for the house ! This was a perfect location for a large group. We had 10 guests and we all were comfortable. The house has beautiful details. Just enough things to make home cooked meals and feel at home. The pool is PERFECT for kids, large pad to sit in the water. Pool toys & beach chairs available. I could go on and on! Thank you so much Jose; this trip was a huge success!

Leticia’s beautiful home exceeded our expectations in every way. It was very comfortable for a family of 5, ages children to grandparent. We had more room and beds than we needed. I was impressed with her cleaning crew’s attention to detail, even on the outside spaces. The 2nd floor patio was excellent for morning coffee. Leticia’s communication was helpful and spot on with her recommendations for restaurants and activities. The waterfall at Gozalandia was a perfect day. The grounds and pool are well taken care of. This is no doubt one of the best rentals I’ve even been to.

Our stay was great overall. The owner was fantastic however we were not very pleased with Otium as the description showed 3 bedrooms however they are separate units. Since this was not clearly explained in the Airbnb listing, we overpaid for something we did not use. We were not able to use the other unit at all as we have small children that we can’t separate to a whole separate unit. When I called to discuss, I was told I would get a call back and I have yet to receive a call regarding a partial refund.

The space was just like the pictures. was more than enough space for 12 people and the pool was awesome. Easy to get around to all places we wanted to go. Host responded to any questions we had in a timely manner.

Kelvin was such a great host. He was responsive with any help that was needed. His place is located in a nice area and is close to places like the airport and old San Juan area. The place was very clean too. Will definitely book again!

Use the linked map under 'get directions' on Airbnb and you will find it no problem, using just the address didn't work. Plenty of room for a big group. Kids had a blast in the pool and a beach within walking distance. The neighborhood feels very local authentic. The planes passing over didn't bother us. Do bring mosquito repellent, and only the downstairs unit has an oven, stoves in all three. We were able to park 3 cars. We had no issues, everything was clean and well maintained.

Loved the pool, pool table, kitchen, ceiling fans, Alexa speaker, and more. So many fun ways to spend your time. Perfect for large groups especially with kids. The landscaping is so beautiful, can tell a lot of work went into it.

This place is beautiful and peaceful. Host was responsive. When we first arrived we had some minor hiccups with hot water but it was quickly resolved and taken care of. The ac in the kitchen did not work but the other split units cooled off the apt relatively quickly. Besides that-We felt safe and very comfortable. There is little room for growth as the property is well maintained, and cared of, etc. However, a washer/dryer would be great since the property has a pool-otherwise more towels would have been great. We had enough towels but we had to go find a place to wash them in the middle of our stay. The terrace was not available but we knew ahead of time and it will look amazing once it is fixed. I would def come back here. Gil and Adriana were real good hosts.

Jorge's home was beautiful and exactly as depicted in the pictures. We were very satisfied with the accommodations, his excellent communication, and the additional amenities that were provided.

AWL was an INCREDIBLE experience!! We canceled two days of plans just to stay here! The owner is so attentive and kind! He offers a night where he comes and sets up the bonfire for you! It was quiet, private and so secure! The whole place is pristine and beautiful! The parking was so convenient. The shower has great water pressure and hot water! It’s so clean and comfortable everywhere! There’s an outdoor shower with warm water as well! There’s also a bathroom by the pool! The washer made it so convenient to clean clothes and towels while relaxing in the pool. The pool is warm and there’s so many colorful lights that auto turn on at night that make the vibes immaculate! They’re so many amazing food/drink places nearby as well! Everything was so delicious everywhere we went! You hear/see so many beautiful birds in the morning. At night you’re serenaded by the beautiful sounds of the coqui frogs. 💕 This was the most AMAZING place I’ve ever stayed! I will DEFINITELY be booking again!! ?
