In its sorroundings there are also farmacies, transportation services, a post office, stores for shopping,beaches and Cathedrals. The apartment is a 10 minutes drive to the Convention Center and 20 minutes to the international airport,. The unit have Wi-fi and high speed internet and 2 T.V.s Free assigned parking in the same condo with control access. The Apt. is fully remodeled and equipped with all you will need to have a pleasant stay.

**Perfect Location**

Beach is less than one block There are many shops, bars, restaurants very close. Salsa dancing at the Marriott (.2 mi), the casino at La Concha (.5 mi), banks/ATM. The apartment is beautifully remodeled and sits in a perfect location. Sofa bed for extra guest (see pics). The apt is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. If renting a car: - There is limited street parking - AC Marriott parking lot next door (fee) - Hospital parking garage next door (fee)
