Holiday rentals with a fire pit in San Kamphaeng District

The best value for money in a Chiang Mai pool villa. The location is superb. Unlike other villa areas, it's not far from the city. Restaurants and supermarkets are just outside. The people in the villa area are very quiet and won't be noisy. Very comfortable to sleep at night. Friends who want to come on vacation can come. About 15 minutes to Nimman Road. 10 minutes to Tha Phae Gate.Ten minutes to Central Festival.The biggest mall. In a very central area.

This was our 2nd stay at Blue Sky Private Pool Villa, and would not hesitate to stay again! Kasin, Sandra and all the staff are extremely friendly, helpful and responded to our messages/requests very quickly, and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. The house is modern, spotlessly clean and very comfortable and is perfect for up to 6 people. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom featuring a shower, basin/sink and toilet. The linen on the beds was clean and fresh, and nice fluffy towels were also provided. The free breakfast at the 42 Garden Cafe was nice and simple and sufficient to start the day. The location is relatively quiet, but still conveniently close to all the action of Chiang Mai. There's a small village/shopping area/market at the end of the street (about a 1-2 minute drive, or less than 10 minute walk) with a huge variety of fantastic local food, all the usual merchandise, plus a 7-Eleven, a large Tops supermarket and various other shops. Great house, the view in the neighborhood is very beautiful in the morning.

I had the best stay here. Clean, spacious and homely with the most lush, private enclosed area I spent hours and hours in. As a solo female traveller I felt totally safe and secure in this spot. It’s right on the edge of the old town and surrounded by temples; many mass touristy but plenty of hidden isolated temples which I found myself wandering alone surrounded by only monks. Am already planning on returning next year. Thank you so much Fon :)

This place is perfect, if you want to be in a walkable area to shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Our group of seven (7) had plenty of space to spread out. FYI, there are 4 floors which equals lots of stairs. The on-site greeter, Lucy, was VERY helpful and provided lots of good recommendations. If ever in the area again, I’ll book this property!

The Doi Kham Villa is indeed a peaceful retreat at the foot of the hills! The villa was spotless clean. Check in instructions was clear and all communications went well. The kitchen was very well equipped. It’s been great stay! Thanks Sean!

We had a great stay at this place. It is in a very quiet neighborhood, and yet not far from restaurants and cafes. The house has a traditional vibe, and it is well-maintained and comfortable to stay in. The garden is huge, and we really enjoy the mountain view there. It is easy to get around and explore places if you have a scooter. We liked this place a lot.

We were so happy to have found this gem. The small details everywhere were enjoyable, with tasteful decor and little nooks around the property that were fun to enjoy. The best part of our stay was the housekeeper, NoUng. She was so friendly and thoughtful and really connected with our kids.

Spectacular facility with all kinds of space with pools and building with other amenities as listed. Very peaceful, quiet and family/kid friendly. Good security. Plenty of room for one or two people. Great television and Wi-Fi with balcony views. I find most beneficial is a comfortable sofa for 2 to relax watching television or conversation. Huge mall next door. Actually more like an 8-minute walk to the mall over a footbridge and small canal. Besides the mall there isn't much within short walking distance, but the mall has most anything you need anyways. Other than that you'll need taxi or some transportation beyond. In final analysis this facility I highly recommend.

The owners have a good environment, there are several oversized pools, and the proximity to the big shopping malls did not take 5 minutes to eat and drink in the past It is worth going again

Great place, really cool spot right on the edge of a creek. Very unique little house, feels like you're tucked away in your own little paradise. Very easy to get to central Chiang Mai. Bob has built something really special here. Super helpful guy and really friendly, I will definitely stay here again.

I had an incredible stay, leading me to extend my visit. Darin was the most exceptional host I've encountered. She kindly took me to the lantern festival, a moment that became the pinnacle of my Thai adventure. Her hospitality was unmatched, offering me fresh produce from her garden to enjoy in delicious salads. The serene environment was perfect for rejuvenation and connecting with nature. My family is so fond of this forest cottage, especially the kids, love the pool, plants and all kinds of animal crawling at night (the host reminded that the tiger can be heard) Kids walking barefoot in the room and yard, this is what it feels like to live in nature.The yard is too big and happy to watch. We drove by ourselves, the location provided by the host was very accurate, found it right away, and also warmly ordered a bonfire for us because it was already dark when we arrived.A lot of fruits and bread were well prepared and we didn't finish eating it for a week. In addition, I clean the house every other day, change the sheets and pillowcases, but also to help wash the laundry, which is really convenient and comfortable during the trip. We stayed for a week before we fell in love with it.

Jintana was extremely helpful and made our stay great! They even set up a projector screen in our cabin for us!
