Do not hesitate to book this place!! The flat is just perfect for a single person or couple and Francesco and Giuliana are the best, most kind, and lovely hosts while always respecting your privacy. I fell in love with their dog, Pepe, and the myriad of cats that were around to say hello. The flat itself is super clean and well-equipped. Everything you could need is there. The wifi was solid enough for video calls too, if you're working remote. The environment is so tranquil, it was a luxury to come back to after day trips out to different towns and spots in Tuscany (but also to note very well-suited if you want to visit Siena, Montepulciano, Florence, etc. Only 30 min - 1.5 hour drive for all of these places.) Francesco and Guiliana are beyond wonderful, and you can tell their bee farm (and delicious honey!) is a lifelong act of love and care for their environment and guests.

Lovely stay and wonderful apartment. We really enjoyed staying there. Lovely Tuscan view from the windows. They have the best quilt! Bed cover. It was so nice. Warm and breathable. It wasn’t the cleanest shower, in need of ventilation. It was a quiet area and we really got a Tuscany feeling and vibe. We think it was a bit pricey compared to the location (you need a car, little public transportation, 30 minutes from Siena), not so clean shower and a bit greasy kitchen. But other than that a wonderful and romantic apartment. The hosts were nice and helpful. We can only recommend it.

Flavia was wonderful and we fell in love with her. She was the perfect blend of helpfulness but not encroaching. But still, the star of the show is the her house/property/view. Just stunning.

An unexpected delightful experience. The hosts were kind, hospitable, generous with their time - now, they are family. We were welcomed with a beautifully adorned Airbnb. Historical - wow. A part of the building dates back to 1000 AD. Our lodging was very comfortable, up-to-date but had so many reminders that we were surrounded by history. We were welcomed by a bottle of Rosso Toscana 2024-incredible! It came from their family winery/olive oil business and it knocked our socks off. We have a wine storytelling YouTube channel, and found this a huge valued ‘Best Buy’ worth traveling to get 😉 One block down the street you can find a great cappuccino, a 15 minute walk is an incredible pizzeria (Castello di Grotti), groceries are nearby with yummy bread and the bank almost next door. Everything you need. We took a drive of the area and found this part of Tuscany incredibly picturesque. We would ask, why wouldn’t you want to experience?!
