The Boathouse is centrally located in the heart of Paso Robles wine country, near Lake Nacimiento. This quiet, serene location is a true getaway! Nicely appointed one-bedroom, with queen size bed. One bathroom, with shower. And a queen sized murphy bed in the living room. Fully stocked European kitchen, private entry, semi-private deck with your own propane BBQ, some house amenities available to our guests. The Barn is a one bedroom apartment. It sits atop a Studio apartment ( Petite Barn) stairs. The grounds are 2 1/2 acres . You will hear roosters. Dirt road. Only children who are over 10, and 100% swim safe.This is a quiet environment... to be kept quiet for reading, napping, yoga, resting, retreating. We are yogis, surfers, readers, gardeners, and appreciate a quiet calm surrounding:) that being said the pool and jaquzzi hours are 8 am - 10 pm . Dog fee $65 per dog .
