The view towards the lake is all windows with an extended deck. My guests will also be able to go up to my Sky Deck which has one of the highest and most beautiful views of the lake and the Texas hill country. There is a private entrance for guest. One-night stays are possible under the right conditions.

This 1 bed/1 bath cottage has a dishwasher, refrigerator, washer/dryer, high-speed internet, & screened-in porch. On the property is a dock with a sunning deck, stairs leading into the water, and a floating dock to enjoy. There is campfire ring with lawn chairs and large mature trees. The river makes this a tranquil getaway with almost no boat traffic or current.

Perfect place to come relax, recharge and enjoy the hill-country living. On the property you can take a dip in the pool, relax in the sauna or jacuzzi. You can take 10 min walk, bike or a 3 min drive to the neighborhood lake/beach area bring your shade and beach chairs for a day of swimming, paddle boarding or kayaking. Old Hancock Trail is about 3.5 miles and then curves back around making the trip about 7 miles perfect for hiking along the lake. Canyon lake Marina is 10 min drive.

Charming 1350 Sq foot elevated house nestled between 2 large pecan trees. The house has been completely renovated, literally from the ground up. Modern kitchen with all new appliances. All 3 bedrooms have ceiling fans and house has central heating and AC. Both bathrooms have dual vanity mirrors and large walk-in showers. House comes with high speed WiFi and smart TV's.
