Large brand new apartment, fully equipped, air conditioning (hot and cold), 4k smart TV, black-out curtains, 2-seater bed base, sofa bed for 2 people, Wifi, soap, towels, shampoo, complete dishes. Multipurpose room (with reservation according to availability) and pool. Great location, close to the main points of interest (Plaza Independencia, Casa Histórica, Cathedral). Safe area where you can find public transportation, bakeries, grocery stores, bars, etc.

Return to the Barrio - Studio in Barrio Sur

Comfortable and cozy studio apartment for two people. The kitchen is separated from the bedroom by a divider that serves to accommodate the clothes. It has air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, a dining room, an electric kettle, a kitchen, a minibar and a microwave, towels and bedding. It also has a beautiful balcony to enjoy a snack, a drink or a chat. On the 15th floor you can enjoy a pool and a terrace with a beautiful view of the city and the hill.

The entrance of a two-story house is framed by lush greenery and flowering plants. A gravel path leads to the front door, surrounded by trees providing natural shade. Large windows are visible on the ground floor, enhancing the inviting exterior.

The best views

The house is located in a country setting, surrounded by greenery and with beautiful views of the hill and the city. Family-friendly. The common areas are right in front of the house and include a square with children's games, tennis court and soccer field. Being inside a country club, an integral part of a consortium, there is a co-owners' regulation to comply with, which has to do with respecting hours of rest and complying with rules of coexistence

The two-story house features a modern facade accentuated by large glass balconies on the upper level. Clean lines and a neutral color palette are complemented by stone pathways leading to the entrance, surrounded by green grass and landscaping.

I access in 15 minutes to the center of Tucumán, 5 from the tourist town of Tafí Viejo, and 20 from the dique cadillal yerba buena. It has amenities (pool, tennis courts) shopping center with bars of different types, (pizzeria, sushi, ice cream shop, artisanal bakery, rotistery, pantry, gym, etc.).

The exterior of a multi-level building features a combination of brick and stucco finishes. Two large black garage doors provide access to the vehicle spaces. A central door is situated above a low stone wall, with a clear blue sky visible overhead.
