The 18th century Villa di Geggiano, surrounded by vineyards and lovingly cared gardens, is located in the Chianti area near Siena, one of the most beautiful regions of Italy which will provide an idyllic and enchanting backdrop to your vacation. Our guesthouse is located in one of the garden pavilions of the villa.

The Cottage is part of a property owned by the Bernocchi family, which was already on maps of the area in the 1500s and is located right on an ancient Roman road that crossed the Calvana Mountains. After a day of good food and visiting cities of art, you can relax on your balcony and enjoy the slow pace of Tuscan life.

Once, when it was uninhabited, swallows lived there, and today, in summer, it is a spectacle to see them return to their place of origin every evening and fly close to the water to drink at the pool. Just as unique on May evenings is the spectacle of the fireflies' lights or the song of the crickets that give way to the cicadas, marking the hours of pleasant summer days; or the beautiful butterflies with unique colors in spring.

The house is located in Bagnolo, a small hamlet of Impruneta at the gates of Chianti, an area of olive groves, vineyards and peace. The house is about 10 km by car from the center of Florence.
