Wi-Fi, tv, washing machine, air conditioner are even included. Moreover there is a private parking. It is 5 km far away to Palau and 35 km from Olbia.

La casa è dotata di aria condizionata, lavatrice, parcheggio privato coperto. L'appartamento si trova al secondo e ultimo piano di una piccola palazzina di sole 6 unità. L'ingresso da accesso alla zona soggiorno/cucina a vista con divano letto. Camera con terrazzino attrezzata con letto matrimoniale e letto a castello a scomparsa.
