This central location atop Navy Hill offers the best beaches, stores & restaurants of Saipan within 5-10 minutes surrounded by serene jungle and an incredible ocean view of Manågaha. Car or Taxi recommended. “The scenery is breath taking! So clean & safe I was able to see the sun set & rise through the sliding doors & the endless sea. It's definitely a 10/10 you won't find a private place like this for the price. I slept at peace. I even booked an extra night just because it was that peaceful.

GRH3: Loft studio apartment with amazing sea view

Our location is sought after by those who want to be near the tourist area, yet able to enjoy the peace and quiet of a residential village. It is a very safe area with the sea to one side and the mountain to the other. With a full kitchen, free washer in the building, fast wifi, and minutes by car to everywhere from a gas station, coin laundromat, restaurants, and supermarkets, it is hard to find a better place, especially for long term guests.
