This spacious, 2 bdrm apartment with gorgeous views is right on the edge of the old town; the cathedral & the old El Fontan market are just 4 mins walk away. There's a terrace, a small bonus room with single bed if a third bedroom is needed, free wifi, laundry & smart TV.(*Please note it's on a 3rd floor with no elevator). Limited free street parking is possible in our neighbourhood or there is a large and parking building 3 minutes walk from the apartment for €7-€12/day or around €130/month .

Relax and unwind in a fully renovated 200-year-old house. With all the amenities and total privacy. Close to attractions such as the Senda del Oso (Bear Trail) and with panoramic views of the Las Ubiñas Natural Park. A paradise for hikers and cyclists with multiple routes. The roads are very good, 45 minutes from Oviedo and 50 minutes from Gijon. Although the last 400 meters are for skilled drivers through a narrow track. You can leave the car beforehand and take a pleasant 6-minute walk.

It is one of the 4 apartments, located in a small village, 7 km from OVIEDO, on a farm surrounded by grass. It has a double bedroom, sofa bed in the living room, bathroom and a terrace, has Wifi and parking. Public transport, close to the path of the Bear , the high Angliru (cycling tour), its location is perfect ,to get to know and move around Asturias. Within a radius of one km there is cafeteria , supermarket, hairdresser, pharmacy , medical center,restaurant , church etc .

Relax in Somiedo

Disconnect from the routine in this comfortable and relaxing little house. Our house is located within the Somiedo Natural Park, in the village of La Peral. The house has an open room that combines kitchen, living room and dining room and two double bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two twin beds) and the bathroom with shower. Lots of possibilities for natural landscapes, excursions and trekking surround our warm stay. The small village is very cozy.
