Flat on the second floor of a villa at an altitude of 1,500 metres, with a stunning view of the Dolomites, which have been declared a World Heritage Site. Suitable for couples with children or for groups of up to 4 people. I offer a room, kitchen, bathroom and living room. The house is located on the road leading to the Venezia mountain hut, which provides access to the summit of Mount Pelmo at 3,168 metres, from where, on clear days, you can see the Venice Lagoon. For those who cannot climb, there is a path that goes around the mountain.

An attic, inside a seventeenth-century barn at 1500 meters, overlooking the mountains and renovated in 2023 with antique woods and local stones. The apartment consists of a dining area with an equipped kitchen, as well as a large living room with a fireplace and a large sofa bed, a comfortable bathroom with a shower and a "refuge" with 2 additional beds. Apartment consisting of an entrance hall, kitchenette, closet, living room, bathroom with tub/shower, double bedroom and small bedroom with two beds, large terrace. Washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, Wi-Fi. Large common garden, outdoor parking space. Heated garage (it's tight for today's cars...) great for storing skis and boots. The attic is on the second floor, there are 4 flights of stairs that are not long.

Accommodation made of larch and pine wood with a double bed made of solid wood, under which there is a space for storing clothes and belongings. Bed linen provided, heating and electrical outlets. Small porch outside. Shared external bathroom (approx. 50m away), parking space approx. 100m away. Free Wi-Fi. Hairdryer available at the reception on request.
