This place would be great for a large family or group to get away from the noise of the city. or a group working in the area. Located on 20 acres with a pond, plenty of wild life to see, Located just a few short miles from Lake Huron, Hubbard Lake, and only 15 Minutes from Alpena. A large trail system nearby, for snowmobiles, quads and other off road vehicles. Great place to just sit back and relax. Very Private, nearest neighbor is me, 20 acres away. No hunting or shooting allowed.

A fixer-upper. The house is ready now with some ongoing projects. The house is one bedroom on top of a two-car garage so being able to climb steps is a must to enter the living space. The house is located in town. Less than a 5-minute stroll to the lake passing a coffee and ice cream shop, a consignment shop, an art gallery, etc. This is a great place to stay for the Harbor Town Weekend in September. This bright and quaint historical little house is one block from the downtown district. This 2nd retreat has a charming enclosed front porch for sitting, a quiet serene space to enjoy your morning coffee or glass of wine, to read a book or just to sit and relax. We are in walking distance to a great Ice cream shop , the local winery, a quaint coffee shop, Mango's for margarita's and end the evening with the local movie theater. Enjoy the small town dynamic.

Loonsong Cottage and Bunkhouse

This beautiful lake front property is a northern Michigan gem. The main cottage itself has two bedrooms (one queen bed and a full bed) with the capability to sleep up to four people. The bonus space in the converted bunkhouse is semi-rustic and sleeps an additional 2 people. Great for older kids looking for their own space. fenced in backyard for your dog to run around and play!
