Close to centre, easy to walk to restaurants and bars! Simple and was perfect for our stay as we were on the beach or diving most days. Fast response and good communication, and quaint outdoor area at your disposal! Just be careful of the main quarters at night as there no glass on the windows, so with the lights turned on there’s bugs. Other than that, very enjoyable stay!

The house has everything for a great stay, everything working, comfortable beds, air-conditioning in all rooms. The view is a spectacle 😲 a real painting🖼️. Fernando is a great host, polite, kind and gives the clear information. The space is simple, but super well located, close to groceries and excellent restaurants. It is possible to go to Praia do Cachorro on foot, as well as to Praia do Meio and Conceição.

Apart from being alone a stay in the island in Paradis - the stay at Casa Marcia completes the entire time perfectly. Marcia was not on the island at the time of our stay, but every question was answered very helpful and friendly within a very short time and even when there were problems with the flight cancellation, she helped us immediately. It is a very authentic place. The apartment is surrounded by greenery. Insanely quiet. The apartment is hidden on the outskirts of the city between trees but even for us (three teenage boys) it was perfect. Bars, restaurants and supermarkets are a 5-10 minute walk away! We can only recommend her accommodation and very much hope that Marcia will continue to allow people who want this fantastic place to stay with her.
