Guests can pick apples in the garden if in season for that. Please inform host of special needs like high chair/bed. Possibility for EV charging in garage.

Centrally located apartment approx. 60 sq ft on the first floor of a quiet area. There are good bus connections and a short distance to the city centre. Here you can relax but at the same time be close to everything. Good hiking areas in the area with fresbeegolf court, actionball center and mountain bike track. Gym and grocery store 500 meters away and one shopping center that is 1 km away. The apartment is fully furnished and has everything you need! Private terrace on the outside with little transparency.

If you want to experience Rogaland, Foss Eikeland in Sandnes is a good starting point for day trips to, among other things. The pulpit, Kjeragbolten, Jærstrender and the Royal Park, or a walk in nice hiking areas just outside the door. The apartment is new in 2020 and includes living room, kitchen, bedroom with wardrobe and bath. There is both sleeping area and dining table space for four. The apartment has washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator and stove as well as TV and wireless broadband.

A newly renovated basement (30m2) with a separate entrance. The bathroom is 10m2 and has a large shower with different settings. The living/sleeping area is roughly 20m2 with high ceilings, heated floor and a TV with chromecast. The "kitchen" area has a fridge, sink, cooking top (for one pot) and a microwave oven. Free parking outside the apartment. 15 minute walk from city centre of Stavanger. The basement is under our house, so some degree of noise should be expected during the daytime (kids).

Simple and peaceful accommodation, which is centrally located. Newly renovated basement apartment in old Swiss villa. Walking distance to restaurants, downtown shops, railway station and bus stops. Suitable for a couple or couple with one child - own cot can be put in. Please note that as the apartment is in walking distance to all amenities, there is paid parking near the house. Free in evening/night and from Saturday afternoon to Monday at 0900.

Nice and quiet apartment in Sandnes

Simple and peaceful accommodation, which is centrally located. The apartment is located 5 minutes from Sandnes city center by car (about 40 minutes to walk). And 15-20 minutes by car to Stavanger city center. There are also lots of buses during the weekdays, but weekends it's not as optimal. Recommend having a car, as there is a private carport that is available (with electric car charger that can be used for a small supplement)
