Older cabin with simple furnishings and power supplied by a solar panel. Mobile phone charging via USB socket. There is a wood-burning fireplace, an outdoor barbecue (you must bring your own lighter and charcoal), a fridge, and a gas hob/cooker. There are plates, bowls, glasses and cutlery. There are also frying pans and saucepans. There is no water supplied, so we will fill a water bottle with clean drinking water, which can be used for both cooking and washing up. Outdoor toilets have been set up outside the cabin. Rent of bed linen 150,- per set per person At 120,- per bag.

Very central with only 5 minutes walk to Sandnes city center with several restaurants, cafes, pubs & good shopping. 15 min by car to Stavanger & Stavanger AirPort. Very good public transport!

The house is located a stone's throw from the fjord and jetty, and a boat is included in the rent. It is a short distance to cozy towns such as Sandnes and Stavanger. Welcome to Fjordbris! Here you can get an overnight stay in the scenic area of Dirdal with an unforgettable view. With only a few meters to the fjord, an almost has the experience of sleeping in the water. All amenities are available either in the tiny house or in the basement of the shop Dirdalstraen Gardsutsalg nearby. The farm shop was named Norway's best farm shop in 2023 and 2025 and is a small attraction in itself. Right next door you will find a sauna that can be booked with equally good views.

The Cowboy Cabin in Sandnes

Our very tiny Cowboy Cabin was built after repeated visits to the motel The Old West Inn, in Willits, CA (USA). The house was first planned as a playhouse, then it became more advanced and has served as a playhouse and guest house. Electricity and wifi are installed, cabin toilet and cabin sink (there is no shower). There is a fire pit, sundeck on the roof with sun from morning to evening, if the sun is shining. The cabin is tiny, but has many smart solutions for good well-being and coziness.

It's a very private and quiet location, but still perfectly located in Ryfylke with all its breathtaking hikes nearby. In 2020 the bathroom and hall was totally refurbished, and a fiberoptic cable was installed with a fast wifi-connection.
