Holiday rentals with a kayak in Sandnes Municipality

This was a lovely, large, family friendly home in a quiet neighborhood with the sea and beautiful views of the mountains right outside the back door. There is common green space with walking trails and play areas for children. Grethe connected ahead of our visit to ensure the house was set up for all guests and left toys available for the young children. She responded to any questions very quickly. Flexible check in and check out was very much appreciated. Highly recommend this home. Thank you for sharing your home.

One of the best, if not THE Best, AirBnB what my wife and I have stayed in. We stayed for a week, the ferry to and from Stavanger was easy. We enjoyed several outings and tours in the Stavanger area. We had a wonderful yoga session with Kjersti in her on site studio. Kjersti & Trond offer wine tasting followed by dinner, not to be missed, the wine pairing was amazing and dinner was delicious. Communication and local recommendations were excellent. We arrived in Stavanger early and early check in was not possible because of previous guests. Trond offered to secure our luggage and met us at the ferry boat, we enjoyed our day luggage free. Vassoy in general is peaceful and naturally relaxing, we enjoyed lazy mornings with a cup of coffee & relaxing evenings with a glass of wine on the patio overlooking the water. Kjersti and Trond’s residence is adjacent and attached by a breezeway, not only are they excellent hosts but perfect neighbors. Highly recommended.

Great house overlooking the fjord from 2 terraces. House has 2 floors with great rooms and large living/dining area. Super good kitchen equipment with coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, and microwave. Very cozy living area. 2 bathrooms. Perfect location for trips to Stavanger, Lysefjord and hikes to Preikestolen. Our hosts were very friendly. Great communication. Thanks so much 🙏

The house was really beautiful. The bedroom was basic and met expectations created by the photos. The kitchen and living room on the other hand were more beautiful than in the photos in the listing since they were now bathed in the sun. For us a pleasant surprise! The accommodation was wonderfully quiet and yet close to everything! The host Anders was really very friendly. We felt completely welcome in his house. We got a lot of tips and guidelines that took our trip to the next level! As far as we are concerned, highly recommended!

Thomas' house is a generous place of peace and security with every conceivable comfort for us as grandparents and for our granddaughters (16,13). The view of the water from the house is simply magnificent, as is the morning sun on the terrace in the small garden. From the small rear garden gate, the bathing area is only 1 minute away, which tempted us to take a refreshing swim in the fjord in the morning. A great trampoline, table tennis table, fitness equipment are good for motivation for more exercise. Hikes to the surrounding area on the neighboring islands through pure nature with great views are highly recommended or if you feel like hustle and bustle, sightseeing in beautiful Stavanger is also a change. Highly recommended! Rebecca's cabin, in an absolutely idyllic location on the lake, is a wonderful oasis of peace... pure nature magic, very cozy and super stylish, furnished with a lot of love for detail. Even nicer than in the photos. I enjoyed the great hospitality, felt completely comfortable. Gladly come back :)

Beautiful, nice host and perfect stay!

Nice place to stay. Very easy to find and clean. We participated a conference in Sandnes and so just need a place to sleep. So for the overnight stay it was just perfect. We enjoyed it very much. Everything needed was there. We had a person with us who was in a wheelchair. It was quite easy to get him into the house. He could sleep on the sofa in the living room. It was difficult for him to use the restroom because it is long and narrow and the toilet part is in the far end. The shower cabin does not allow to pass it by wheel chair. We could manage it but we also understand, the house is maybe not meant for handicapped people. So if you don't have a handicapped person with you then... Everything was fine for us - 5 stars for EVERYTHING! RECOMMENDED! Thank you, sir! In case you have a handicapped person with you - well, you must decide how much your friend can move without a wheelchair. Because to go to toilet he/she needs to move by himself/herself.

We really enjoyed our stay, the only thing you can put your finger on is that there wasn't much to cook with in the house. Or the stay was great for the price :)

We stayed here over Christmas and felt very comfortable! The equipment is very good, everything works as it should and there are e.g. barbecue, fire bowl and sled available. We will be happy to come back!
