Professionally cleaned (using Viraclean disinfectant) and linen professionally laundered, reliable Telstra wifi internet. 13sq ft outdoor terrace balcony with Docklands views to the left of balcony. Quiet and private apartment perfect for work, virtual meetings or long stays for professionals. Secure underground car park. Easy walk to supermarkets and cafes/restaurants for take away. Relax and explore from this home, located just a block and half from the beach. You're an easy tram ride into the CBD. Enjoy a short stroll to the local boutiques, cafes, restaurants and bars. Our apartment is located towards the rear of the building with a North/West facing balcony. A large amount of occupants are owner occupied and it is a quiet and very safe building. Having had experience in the apartment/hotel industry, we have set this apartment up specifically to cater for our guests. It is very clean modern and fresh. We have sourced high quality furniture and artwork to ensure our guests are comfortable when staying at our apartment. We would suggest you get to know Bay Street where there are a plethora of options for keen foodies. If you like keeping fit, there are a number of mainstream gyms nearby, but why do that when you have the beach and great walking tracks just at your door step. The light rail / tram is so easy to the city, or simply walk or ride. One secure parking space is available onsite. Our beautiful Guest house is situated in the leafy area of Port Melbourne, known as 'Garden City' which describes the area perfectly. We are within a 5 min walk to the beach, a 15 min bus ride to the CBD. Our guest house is 70sqm with an exterior 10sqm deck. It's great for travelling business people, a romantic getaway, or pure relaxation whilst being surrounded by all that the city of Melbourne has to offer. Local bars, cafes, restaurants, markets, beach & sports facilities, at your doorstep.
