During the lockdown period we have updated and renewed the bathroom and ensuite facilities including a new toilet in ensuite

Popular pubs and bistros within walking distance. It also a great base to take a trip further afield to see more of what Norfolk has to offer.

We are 5 minutes from Sandringham, 10 minutes from Hunstanton and 20 minutes from Holkham and Wells-next- Sea which both have incredible wide open Sandy Beaches.

This modern cottage, in the heart of the village provides plenty of facilities and is equally comfortable in the winter with the wood burner lit, as it is in the summer with the door open to the enclosed garden. The accommodation is very comfortable and stylish with good attention to detail and is located down a quiet cul-de-sac road.
