Holiday rentals in Sands Point

Our stay at Starlight Serene was everything we hoped it would be! John was very responsive and helpful, especially as this was our first time using AirBnB. The pictures are very accurate, there were plenty of towels, linens, and a VERY well equipped kitchen - much more than we expected (or I have in my own house, I think!). Lots of nice bonuses to this place - my kids loved the firepit and there was wood on hand as well as a s'mores kit; the hot tub was warm and ready when we arrived. You are at the narrower end of the lake, but still a beautiful view with plenty of wildlife. The location is great - roughly 30ish minutes to Bear Mountain, Legoland, and the Palisades Center (which had tons of rainy-day fun for kids). We even rented a pontoon boat from Murphy's Cove Marina - Richie was really wonderful to us and our kids and they loved their first time boating and fishing on the lake. Had a great weekend stay. The place was clean, comfortable, and just as described. We especially loved the hot tub and the beautiful view of the lake. The host was responsive and made everything easy. Would definitely stay again.

Ryan’s place was perfect for my parents to stay for their trip to Northport. The space was clean and comfortable, and the location was very convenient. Ryan was helpful and responsive for their entire trip.

Excellent stay! Hosts were responsive and very helpful. The house is absolutely beautiful, the pictures do not do it justice. The location is perfect and we had a wonderful time. We loved it and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay to celebrate our Anniversary. Peaceful, clean and such amazing views of the Lake! Would definitely stay here again. Great food in the area as well.

We stay 4 weeks at Jacqueline place, everything was great, did not have any problem. Place is exactly fit the advertising if not better and everything was clean and working. We find place and the area is so peaceful and quiet. Perfect location for someone just looking for rest in very beautiful neighborhood. Jacqueline was very responsive, easy to communicate, helpful and polite. I would definitely stay again and recommend for anyone needs a place feels like home away home.

Absolutely superb hosts and such a great location. Steven couldn’t have been a better host, our kids and us loved his place and would highly recommend. Thoughtful touches everywhere and very clean. Hope we can stay again sometime.

WOW!! We cannot say enough amazing things about our stay. We stayed for the holidays and the snow surrounding the lake was the most beautiful surrounding imaginable. It was so peaceful and we watched both sunrises and sunsets there. Plus there were tons of beautiful swans to appreciate! The house was extremely pristine, decorated beautifully for the holidays, and felt like home. This was such a special stay and our host was so accommodating! We will absolutely be back.

What a great place to stay with your dogs. From the moment we entered, we felt dogs were welcome. The fact that it was pet friendly did not impact the quality of our stay. It was cozy, comfortable & impeccably clean. Our hostess was very responsive. I was concerned about the safety of the walkway due to ice & our Michelle had extra salt added to the driveway prior to our arrival. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & would love to stay again.
