Nachdem ich meiner Mutter, die seit Jahren Superhost ist, lange Zeit geholfen habe, jetzt meine ersten eigenen Wohnungen :) Unser liebevoll eingerichtetes Appartement befindet sich nur einen Steinwurf von der Strandpromenade und der Therme entfernt und wir freuen uns, euch als Gäste bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen :) Sowohl der Parkplatz, als auch die Bettwäsche sind bei uns inklusive. Und wenn ihr es kuschelig mögt, haben wir auch eine bequeme Schlafcouch, so dass ihr ebenfalls zu 4 kommen könnt :)

Cozy and centrally located old building apartment

Beautiful, central apartment in a beautiful building from 1905 featuring a large southwest-facing balcony; bright and welcoming with high ceilings. Fully equipped kitchen, big bathroom with a window, washing machine + dryer; suitable for long-term stays. Living room and bedroom features a 55" TV (including Netflix and Amazon Fire TV Stick) and a workspace with a printer. 3 bakeries within 300m, supermarket 500m away, and a 10-minute walk to the pedestrian zone. Dogs are welcome; non-smoking.

Apartment with great view of the fjord

Our apartment (kitchen and bathroom were renovated in March 2019) (approx. 40 m²) with private terrace is located in a detached stately villa in Sönderhav/Denmark. From the terrace you can enjoy the magnificent panoramic view of the Flensburg Fjord. The apartment is located on the lower floor of our house in a garden with fruit trees. The historic Gendarme Trail, a hiking trail from Padborg to Høruphav, runs about 60 meters along the house by the water

Room in the heart of Flensburg

Private room in the heart of Flensburg. The city centre is just a few minutes' walk away, yet the room is quietly situated in a historic courtyard. I myself only use the flat a few days a week. When I have guests, I'm obviously not there. You have the place all to yourselves. It is a large room, divided into a sleeping area and a living area with a TV. The kitchen and bathroom will, of course, also be available to you. The bed has a width of 140.

The Geltinger Birk Nature Reserve can be reached in 45 minutes. Excursions to Denmark are possible in just 30-40 minutes by car. My accommodation is located directly on the beach overlooking Denmark. The apartment was newly renovated in 2017. Great bus connections take you to the centre of Flensburg within 10 minutes. Denmark can be reached within a few minutes on foot, by bike or by car. Shopping facilities are available in the immediate vicinity. Mini golf right on the doorstep. Good restaurants nearby. Parking directly free of charge on site. Immediate beach.

The view of the beach, Flensburg Fjord, the Ox Islands and Germany, means that you can immediately relax and enjoy the surroundings. Large living room with discreetly furnished kitchen. Two large rooms with good closet space. Large bright bathroom with shower. Cleaning can be ordered in advance if needed. Linen can also be ordered for DKK 50 per person. The apartment is close to the forest and Gendarmstien.

To the left, the Glücksburg woods extend with paths leading to the center of Glücksburg. In just 10 minutes, you can reach the castle pond with the famous Glücksburg Castle.
