Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. The apartment is about 100 m² in size, has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is to level earth and has its own entrance. It has its own terrace and is located to the south side of the house. The rooms are furnished with antique furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, fridge. The bathroom has a large corner bath and a double sink. Please note that the only door is the bathroom door - the rest is open.
