Casa Verrua offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and kitchen, a relaxation area, a swimming pool, a parking space, and a pay-per-use electric vehicle charging station. The swimming pool is shared with our other two properties, Casa Clementina and Belavista. The rooms overlook two large terraces where you can sunbathe and use the hot tub. The building is protected by a mosquito control system. Casa Verrua is close to fascinating cities such as Asti, Alba, Turin, Milan and Genoa.

Casa Moscato is a beautiful, finely renovated house located in the Langhe, near Neive and a few minutes' drive from Alba, surrounded by vineyards, ideal for families and friends to discover our magical territory. It is in a strategic position to visit both Turin and the Susa Valley, full of hiking trails, climbing routes and characteristic villages.
