Monthly Rentals in Sangvi

I absolutely loved my stay at this tiny home! Beautiful, peaceful, safe and serene. It is located in a small community with a few other houses and a shrine - when the neighbours are around, they are very friendly. The house itself has all one needs for a comfortable stay. WiFi was also provided for me as I needed to make a few calls and it worked great! Dnyaneshwar and his family arranged for my pick up and drop off at the Pune train station and even came to cook traditional Indian dinner for me once. Overall, I can only recommend this beautiful place.

Stayed with my girlfriend here on 19th and 20th of April. THIS ISNT A PAID REVIEW AT ALL. I am very happy that I chose this place as our stay in Pune. First of all, host Mr. Ashutosh is very professional, responsive and helpful. He was ready to assist us even at morning 5:30 if any issue persisted. The place is exactly as described in the about page. Private, isolated and clean. All the amaneties from a simple toaster to microvave; gayer, washing machine, ac were working properly. Location is well connected. It is a big complex. All quick delivery services like Zomato, blinkit work properly here. Concluding: We are coming again and again here onwards. The place and the host both are just exactly what one needs. Thank you Ashutosh for making our stay in Pune memorable. Grateful.

A very quiet place. Great for pet owners. If you are someone who can't stay without phone this is not the place for you. Mobile coverage is rare except for jio which is available at specific spot. Jio has internet coverage as well but again you need to hunt for a spot where you can get some reception. We were carrying a jio dongle which we had placed on top of the container attached for a long selfie stand and the internet was just fine(check the pics). If going from Pune better to take the Nasrapur route rather than Singhad fort n Vell route. The road conditions in this ghat section is pretty bad. If there is any issues with locating the premises search for Guhini in Google maps. Enjoy your stay away from busy city life. Great place to just relax and enjoy the stunning sunrise and sunset. The care taker Rambhau is very responsive and does prepare some great homely food. He took Great care of us. There can be frequent power cuts but was not something that caused any problem to us.

Sharad sir was very friendly, pretty humble and calm & composed person. He instantly contacted me the moment I booked my accommodation and guided me well through calls and texts in order to arrive at the location safely. He gave me excellent recommendation and useful tips to explore the city. I highly recommend Sharad sir's Airbnb to every budget/solo traveller who is looking for a affordable, best, value for money & clean accomodation in pune. During my stay Sharad sir treated me like his own family member. The accomodation has everything as per mentioned in the listing, was neat & clean; and the building is located inside a gated community with small shacks and grocery stores present outside the main gate.
