The house is located in the middle of the lake district, between the Klopeinersee, the Gösselsdorfer See, the Sonnegger See and the Turner See. For hiking, the accommodation is located directly at the foot of the Karawanks: with the Petzen, the Hochobir, the Steiner Alps, the Koschuta Massif. There is also a rich selection of via ferratas. Cyclists and mountain bikers will not be disappointed by the flow trail on the Petzen and the Drau cycle path. In winter, you can ski, snowshoe and go on ski tours here.

Very quiet with great views

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Located at 460 m above sea level, 4 km from the village of Sankt Paul in the Lavant Valley, surrounded by forest and meadows in the beautiful Granitztal Valley. The house is located at the end of a road so there is no traffic noise. A living room with fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower and toilet are available. In front of the entrance is a terrace with table and armchairs, as well as a 100 m² fenced meadow (ideal for dogs).

About the clouds

The accommodation is located at about 1,200 m above sea level and is characterised by the cosy atmosphere and the quiet location at the end of the access road. The lift station for skiing or the mountain bike trail (summer) are only about 5 minutes away by car. It is about 12 minutes to the valley and the nearest supermarket, and there is a bakery near the lifts. You can reach the lift, ski school and ski rental on skis or on foot! Directly from the chalet you can go on fantastic hikes or ski tours! Towels, linen and coffee capsules are included in the price! 2 Kingsize Beds in sleeping rooms and 1 Couch as a bed option in the living room.65" UHD TV is the highlight!

Studio 1111 with Sauna & Hot Tub

This modern apartment lays on the magical altitude of 1111m and can accomodate 3 adults. It has a wonderful mountain view you can enjoy while relaxing on a roof covered terrace. It offers a private hot tub and sauna. Kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, toaster, refridgerator, toaster and even utensils for you to get creative with cooking. Interior is decorated with Swiss pine wood. There is a parkig space before the apartment and Wifi is availabe throughout the property.

Living as it used to be – with a little more luxury. We have lovingly renovated our old farmhouse and offer a very special stay at 800 m above sea level with the artist gymn. The apartment is in the middle of nature, directly adjacent to our horse farm, surrounded by breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. An ideal place for anyone looking for peace and quiet and want to enjoy a conscious break. The accommodation including garden is available for exclusive use!

Vacation home in the countryside at 1100 m above sea level

A cozy cottage a little away from our farm invites you to linger and relax at over 1100m above sea level. The house is in a sunny location, with a view of the wonderful nature. It is only 5 km from the A2 in Modriach, in the beautiful West Styria. Absolutely no noise from cars or anything else. Currently, there are great tobogganing options! There are shopping facilities in the town of Edelschrott, 15 km away, or in the town of Hirschegg.

Time out in Pustritz

In my house, where people who live here and guests meet, there is an apartment with 2 rooms, a kitchen with a dining area and a bathroom with a toilet. The apartment is located on the second floor of the house and forms its own residential unit and is well suited for 4 people. !! Attention: the bathroom is half a floor lower and can be reached via steps. The garden can also be used. If required, the seminar room can also be booked.

Lots of reason and meadow and a nice place to feel comfortable. Nestled in a quiet location of 1600m2 is the new cottage. In the immediate vicinity is a bike path, a running track, a bike path, the mountains and much more. There is a stadium pool nearby for swimming and in winter the Koralpe ski resort is only 15 min away. Shopping is also nearby. There is the possibility of setting up a folding bed for 1 child.
