Perfectly located, and even with parking, for us the perfect place to explore Straubing and the Bayerwald - Florian and his girlfriend were super nice and took care of them wonderfully - definitely recommended 😊

The place was very spacious, clean and quiet. Everything you needed was there and we felt very comfortable.

We stayed here for two days and felt very comfortable. For four adults and one baby, the size of the apartment was ideal. There was even a crib provided. Everything was clean and there was everything you could ever need in the kitchen and bathroom. Very convenient: an Edeka and bakery are right outside the door. Downtown is not right around the corner, for us the location was still great because our relatives stayed in the neighborhood. Communication with the hosts was very friendly and straightforward, all in all really recommended!

The apartment is large and has everything you need. The associated underground parking space is a highlight, especially on the hotter days. Christian is a great host. We felt very well taken care of at all times with him.

The place is very clean and incredibly child-friendly — our little ones loved the on-site playground, which was a huge plus. If you're traveling by car, the location is perfect for exploring the region — there are so many beautiful Bavarian towns just a short drive away, making it ideal for a mini road trip. The hosts were really kind and helpful, always available and happy to assist. Highly recommended for families looking for a relaxing and fun getaway!

We had a wonderful time at Konrad's place. The apartment was decorated with a lot of love, cozy and thoughtful – you immediately felt comfortable. The area all around is quiet, harmonious and ideal for unwinding in nature. We were able to completely unplug and recharge. Thank you for the wonderful time – we will be happy to come back!

We stayed in Daniel's apartment for an extended weekend with our young children. The apartment has a great location and is on the 1st floor. The windows of bedroom and sitting room are towards the street which is very busy. Since you don't have to open the windows at night at the current temperatures, the volume was no problem for us. Next door was a well-attended pub, where the audience was also often outside the door and was also quite noisy depending on the alcohol level. But those were all the criticisms we have. The equipment of the apartment is great, everything was clean and Daniel is super friendly and helpful. The pizza from across the street is really delicious! One more info for visitors who do not arrive by car: the key must be picked up at another address.

Great, small fine apartment in large resort, perfect for 2 adults and 2 children. Only renovated a year ago and nothing is missing. The resort's shared pool was used daily. Good starting point to all the attractions to visit in and around St. Englmar. Landlord friendly and information in advance sufficient. We will be happy to come back.

Cozy room under the roof with Herrgottswinkel, comfortable bed and beautiful floor recycled from a sports hall. Everything there as you need it, but unfortunately no shower - but that was also described. Infrared heating ensures pleasant radiant heat.

Beautifully designed apartment, everything you need is available. Very clean. Easy check-in, good Wi-Fi, you are quickly in Passau - so everything is the best!

This was a great place to stay. The flat was clean and bright and Andrea was a wonderful host. It’s a bit off the beaten path (about 15 minute walk into the old town), but situated right along the Ilz.

If you're looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place to be. The place was super clean and very lovingly furnished. Everything was available for a smooth stay. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathroom as well. There's a hair dryer and even a straightener. We were very pleased with the easy to handle barbecue and the time in the hot tub was also very relaxing. We had a wonderful break here and will be back and definitely recommend the place. Great place to stay for our winter vacation. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Wi-Fi is available throughout the building complex. Sauna and fitness area are in very good condition. The water temperature in the swimming pool (and in the baby pool) is a bit fresh, but it can still be well tolerated.
