A charming country house in the middle of nature in the Waldviertel with a beautiful view of the Yspertal and sunrise on the balcony. In the large fenced garden with forest, dogs also have a lot of fun and space. 200 m away from the house is the Puschacherteich, ideal for swimming and fishing. If you love nature, you will find beautiful hiking and cycling trails in the area, e.g. Ysperklamm or on the Ostrong. Good starting point to Maria Taferl, Melk or the Wachau, all about 25 minutes.

Swimming, tennis, cycling (Ybbstag bike path right outside the door), hiking, skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and tobogganing right by the house when the snow allows! 3 km from the center of Hollenstein, very good infrastructure.
