As a small swimming lake halfway between the district city of Feldkirchen and the rural market community Weitensfeld, it is located far from tourist centers in a protected landscape area. The mountain cottage comprises about 59 m² of living space, has 2 bedrooms, 1 living and dining room with kitchen, as well as 2 bathrooms and a terrace of about 13 m². It is located at about 1000 m above sea level.

A separate side entrance leads you directly into your private domain, where you can enjoy peace, comfort and relaxation in the midst of nature. Right next to the apartment, an idyllic forest begins, inviting you to take relaxing walks and enjoy a little break. At the same time, you can reach the centre of Feldkirchen in just a few minutes – the perfect combination of living close to nature and proximity to the city.

The chalet is located at an altitude of 1720 m, has a sauna and is accessible by car all year round. For summer vacationers, there are hiking and mountain biking opportunities. Lake Ossiach can be reached in 25 minutes by car. In winter you are in the middle of the Gerlitzen ski resort. The chairlift of the Wörthersee descent is a 2-minute walk away. Ski tours or snowshoe hikes along the snow-covered ski slopes or in the forest are also popular.

Some ski resorts are 40-60 minutes by car. The house is about 60 m² and also has a sauna.
