The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

Making yourself one of these drinks, you can relax on a lovely terrace with a view of the neighbouring pasture where horses graze.

We rent an attractive and spacious 3-room apartment in a well-kept 2-family house in Klagenfurt. The apartment is in an extremely convenient location, just a few minutes walk from the train station, the fairgrounds and the city center. Ideal for commuters, trade fair visitors or city lovers! The lake can also be reached within minutes by bike. The apartment also has a TV with SKY, so you can easily enjoy movies, TV channels or sports for free.

The self-contained residential unit is located in the garden wing of a Mediterranean-style private house just ten minutes from Klagenfurt and Lake Wörthersee. The apartment consists of an anteroom, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. It is equipped with everything necessary to provide you with a pleasant stay. We are also happy to provide bicycles! There is a community tax of €2.70 per night per guest. (People over the age of 16)
