Our cozy 81 m2 apartment offers easy access to the vibrant center of Barcelona and the tranquility of an oceanfront neighborhood. Welcome to my apartment. Its convenient location, modern amenities and proximity to the sea offer visitors a comfortable and pleasant stay. It is designed with an open floor plan. The living room has a large sofa, a flat-screen TV so you can watch all your favourite programmes, a dining table where you can have dinner with your loved ones, and a door that opens onto a furnished terrace, perfect for relaxing. The kitchen has the necessary cookware and cutlery to prepare delicious homemade dishes. There are two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed, while the second has a single bed. Both beds have hotel-quality bedding for maximum comfort. The bathroom contains all the essentials, and clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay. Guests will have access to the entire residence. Check-in is after 4pm, based on availability and confirmation. We provide the basic amenities for first use: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, sponge, dishwashing products, and trash bag. If you need cleaning or extra bed linen, please let us know and we'll be happy to provide it for an additional charge. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a policy of reasonable use of utilities will apply with a limit of 80 euros. Extra keys: 20€ (pair of extra keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with bed linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra linen: €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people).
